ITTA BENA -- The accolades keep coming for the Mississippi Valley State men's basketball team.

Paul Crosby, who led the Delta Devils in points (13.1) and rebounds (7.4), was named to the Boxtorow HBCU All-American First Team. The Lansing, Mich. native, who has been named SWAC Player of the Year and honorable mention All-American, led the Delta Devils to a SWAC regular season and tournament title before advancing to their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2008.

Meanwhile, MVSU senior forward Cor-J Cox was named a Second Team HBCU Boxtorow All-American, after having his most remarkable season in his three-year Delta Devil career. The Washington, N.C. native, who was named the SWAC Touranment MVP, averaged 11.1 points and 6.7 rebounds in a reserve role off the bench.
