Mississippi Valley State head football coach and the Delta Devil football staff have been working hard on the recruiting trail this offseason and now the rewards are starting to show with the introduction of recent signees. As of Thursday morning, 11 players have inked National Letter of Intent with more expected in the coming days.
 
So far the 2013 class includes three community college transfers and two local products. Also, Joshua Rice, the nephew of MVSU and NFL great Jerry Rice will be a Delta Devil after playing at Starkville High School.
