ITTA BENA -- Mississippi Valley State junior guard Davon Usher was named Second Team All-SWAC after leading the SWAC in scoring (18.8) and seventh in rebounding (6.1).

Usher was the lone Delta Devil player to be honored by the conference.

The Baltimore, Md. native scored in double-figures in all but three games. He scored at least 10 points in each of the last 12 games of the season. His career high came Nov. 15, 2012 against Northwestern when he poured in 35 points.
