ITTA BENA -- The Mississippi Valley State women's basketball team has found out who and when they will be playing next week in the SWAC Basketball Tournament in Garland, Texas.

The Devilettes (15-14) earned a No. 3 seed and will face No. 6 Alabama A&M on Thursday, March 14 at the Curtis Culwell Center.

A win would put MVSU in semifinals against either Southern, Arkansas Pine Bluff or Alcorn State on Friday, March 15 at noon. The championship game is set for Saturday, March 16 at noon. It will be broadcasted on tape delay Sunday, March 17 on ESPNU at 8 a.m.

The Devilettes split with Alabama A&M during the regular season with the Lady Bulldogs winning the Jan. 6 matchup 67-58 while MVSU defeated A&M 51-45 on Feb. 2.
