ITTA BENA -- Mississippi Valley State's Joyce Chumo has been named SWAC Runner of the Week for her performance last week at the 2013 Brooks Memphis Twilight.

Chumo ran in the women's 5k run and finished 16^th out of 157 runners at the 2013 Brooks Memphis Twilight. The 2012 SWAC Runner of the Year clocked in at 18:39.95.
