MVSU Softball Field

The MVSU Softball Field has served as the home of Mississippi Valley State University softball since the program’s inception in 1997. Located on the campus of Mississippi Valley State University, the facility has been the foundation of the Devilettes’ competitive tradition for nearly three decades.

One of the most significant chapters in the field’s history came in 2005 and 2006, when it hosted the Southwestern Athletic Conference Softball Tournament in back-to-back seasons. Mississippi Valley capitalized on its home-field advantage on both occasions, winning the SWAC Tournament championships each year and cementing the venue’s place in program lore.

Since opening, the MVSU Softball Field has been the setting for conference championships, postseason competition, and countless milestone performances. It remains a symbol of the Devilettes’ legacy and a central gathering place for Valley softball from 1997 to the present.
