Devilettes win 8th SWAC Tournament title

Box Score DECATUR, Ala. – It took five consecutive wins to do it, but the Mississippi Valley State softball team got it done.

The Devilettes (25-30) won its eighth SWAC Tournament title in the last 10 years Saturday following an 11-3 victory over Alabama State at Wilson Morgan Park. It marks the second straight year that MVSU has claimed the title.
