Devilettes Fall to Howard

WASHINGTON DC --- The Devilettes of Mississippi Valley State University suffered their first conference loss of the season, 4-1 to the Howard University Lady Bisons.

MVSU conceded two goals within the first five minutes of play, prior to Ernestina Abambila scoring on a pass from Mariana Balbao..

Howard would score two more goals to conclude the contest. Goalie Rita Gyasi tallied eight saves for the night.

The Devilettes will wrap their East Coast trip on Sunday, October 25 at the Lincoln University Pennsylvania.
