Erin Smith finished Friday's matchup against Memphis with a team-high 14 points, including shooting 50 percent from the three-point line. One of those three's brought The Lady Devils within 1 point to end the first quarter.

Only scoring nine points in the second quarter The Lady Devils fell to a 23-35 deficit at the half.

The third quarter started well but The Tigers took control from there.

Three other players came close to double-digit scoring but all came up short with eight points apiece.

Memphis had five players with 13 or more points, including a 26 point performance from Madison Griggs.

The Lady Devils are back in action Sunday, December 29th, on the road against UL Monroe.
