Grambling, La.- The Devilettes come up short to Grambling State by a score of 72-47, Monday night in a Southwestern Athletic Conference game.
Ayonna Cotten ended the game with 14 points and six rebounds, while Azaria Howard added 13 points and four rebounds.
Mississippi Valley shot 33 percent from the field as a team and Grambling State shot 43.8 percent.
Grambling State ended the game with four players in double digits for scoring, including a 17 point performance by Justice Coleman.
The Devilettes make their final road trip this coming weekend with another conference game against UAPB. Tip set for 2:00 PM
