Itta Bena, Miss.- The Mississippi Valley State women's basketball team drop close battle to the Lady Tigers of Jackson State by a score of 81-63 in Jackson, Mississippi on Saturday afternoon.

How It Happened

• Annya Moss led the way for the Devilettes with 17 points on six-of-17 shooting to go along with her two steals.
• Ronni Williams ended the game with 13 points, five rebounds and three steals.
• Da'Sha McGloster and Annalise Brisco both finished the game with eight points respectively.
• MVSU shot 37.3 percent (22-59) from the field, 46.2 percent (6-13) from the three-point line, and 81.3 percent (13-16) at the charity stripe.
