MACON, Ga. – The Mississippi Valley State women's soccer program saw all three of its shot attempts hit the mark but could not find the back of the net, falling to Georgia State on the road.

McKenzie McCarthy spent the full 90 minutes between the pipes and played exceptionally well despite the score, saving 18 balls.
 
Beatriz Kretteis, Merica Abnathy, and Kayla Evans each put their only shot of the contest on-target but failed to put one past GSU keepers Natalie Gonzalez nor Jaddah Foos.
