JONESBORO, Ark. – The Mississippi Valley State University women's basketball program was shooting at a 48% clip and a 57% rate from deep heading into halftime but was just 6-for-35 (17%) and 1-of-17 (6%) in those categories, respectively, in the second half as a seven-point deficit swelled to a 34-point setback.

- Zakiya Mahoney was a bright spot for the Devilettes, tying for a game-high 13 points and five field goals while converting 56% of her shot attempts with four boards, a pair of assists and splashing her only three-point shot.

- Sarah Moore logged a team-best eight rebounds on the night and was one of three Valley student-athletes to block a shot.

- Ronni Williams did not have the flashiest performance but she was a steady contributor with a game-best four steals on top of a tied for season-high five rebounds, four points and an assist.

- This marked only the second time Valley lost the turnover margin, committing 25 while taking 20 away from the Red Wolves.
