Itta Bena, Miss.- The Mississippi Valley State Devilettes lose a tough battle against in state rival Jackson State Tigers by a score of 74-48 on Saturday evening inside the R.W. Harrison HPER Complex.
How It Happened
Ronni Williams and
Zakiya Mahoney led the team with 15 points and four rebounds each with Williams adding five assists.
Diamond Wraggs scored eight points to go along with her three rebounds.
MVSU shot 36.4 percent (16-44) from the field, 37.5 percent (3-8) from the three-point line, and 61.9 percent (13-21) at the charity stripe.
