ITTA BENA, Miss. - The Mississippi Valley State Devilettes (2-27, 0-18 SWAC) comes up short to Jackson State Lady Tigers (20-8, 17-1 SWAC) in its final home game on Saturday evening, 84-65.
Three Devilettes finished the contest in the double digits.
Senior Lexus Eagle Chasing was the leading scorer for senior night. She scored 14 total points against the Lady Tigers. Junior Anjanae Mueck contributed 13 points, and Senior Kerrigan Johnson added ten points to the scoreboard for MVSU.
Senior Krisen Hunt contributed nine points against JSU while collecting six assists and five rebounds. Fellow senior Devilette, Milia Gibson contributed nine points to the scoreboard while grabbing five rebounds.
