    • Brooke has represented Mississippi Valley State with pride both in competition and in the classroom. A native of Portsmouth, England, she has been a dedicated member of the program while pursuing her degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation. Following graduation, she plans to continue her academic journey by attending graduate school to earn her master's degree in kinesiology and sports performance, with the goal of becoming a physical therapist. Her message moving forward is simple but powerful: control the controllable, alter your thinking, and delete negativity.

#4 Ryleigh Ashford (Pitcher / Boyd, Texas / Southwest (New Mexico) / Boyd HS)
  • 2026 / Career Stats
    • Appearances – 1
    • Innings Pitched – 1.0

  • Senior Day Statement
    • Ryleigh is a senior from Boyd, Texas, majoring in general studies. One of her favorite softball memories came during a tournament when a parent from another team asked her mom, "What is that thing on her arm? Because if it helps her pitch, then I want to get my kid one." Of course, it was actually her insulin pump, and her mom quickly let them know it was not quite the kind of advantage they were imagining. It is a memory that has stayed with Ryleigh and her family, showing her strength, resilience, and sense of humor. After graduation, Ryleigh plans to earn her BSN and work in the emergency department of a hospital. Her advice to incoming players is simple: work hard, do not let failure discourage you, and do not be afraid to fail because it is part of the game. What matters most is how you respond and come back from it.

#9 Jadyn Braxton (2nd Base / Birmingham, Alabama / Lane / Jackson-Olin HS)
  • 2026 / Career Stats
    • Games – 1
    • On-Base Percentage – 1.000
    • Walks – 1

  • Senior Day Statement
    • Jadyn has represented Mississippi Valley State with pride and dedication throughout her collegiate career. A Business Administration major from Birmingham, Alabama, she has balanced her academic and athletic responsibilities while continuing to grow both on and off the field. Following graduation, she will continue her education at the University of South Alabama, where she plans to pursue her MBA. With aspirations of building a career in Human Resources or Operations Management, she is well-positioned for continued success beyond her time as a Delta Devil. Her message to those coming behind her: "Every game is a chance to learn and grow. Keep improving! Remember your training and trust your instincts."
