Jeremy Lockhart was named Athletic Business Operations Manager for Mississippi Valley State University Athletics.
A native of Moorhead, Mississippi, Lockhart brings a strong background in accounting, business administration, and athletics operations to the department. He is a proud graduate of Mississippi Valley State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a master’s degree in business administration, and a master’s degree in sports administration.
Prior to joining MVSU Athletics, Lockhart served for six years as a Staff Accountant in the university’s Business and Finance Office. In his new role, he will support the daily business operations of the athletics department while helping maintain an organized and professional environment for student-athletes, coaches, and staff.
Lockhart’s experience in business and sports administration provides him with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills that contribute to the overall success of athletic programs. He is committed to professionalism, teamwork, and student-athlete success, and takes pride in helping MVSU Athletics operate efficiently while fostering a culture of excellence both on and off the field.
