Box Score Alexandria, La. -- Mississippi Valley State's dream of advancing to a third-straight SWAC Soccer Tournament championship game is still alive.

The Devilettes used a first half goal by Hailey Beekman on an assist from Alexandra Neumann and Kayla Boyd to roll past Grambling State 1-0 Thursday in the quarterfinals of the SWAC Tournament at the Johnny Downs Soccer Complex.

The win advances MVSU to the Friday's semifinals where they will face last year's champion, Arkansas-Pine Bluff at 3:30 p.m.
