The Devilettes (10-15, 3-5 SWAC) lost two of three games in the SWAC Tournament at the T.B. Ellis Physical Education Center on the Jackson State campus.

MVSU defeated Prairie View 3-1 in the first game before dropping a 3-1 decision to Alabama A&M.

After falling into the loser's bracket, the Devilettes were unable to fend off Prairie View a second time - losing a 3-0 decision to the Lady Panthers in the final game.
