ITTA BENA -- Tuesday marked the final home game of the season for the Mississippi Valley State volleyball team, Jackson State routed the Devilettes 3-0 on Senior Night.
The Lady Tigers routed MVSU 25-19 and 25-18 through the first two sets before claiming the match with a 25-23 performance in the final set.
MVSU honored its three seniors (Brychana Williams, April Brown and Jane Peterson) during the game.
It was Chylla Nault leading the pack for Valley with nine kills on 22 total attacks.
MVSU will close out the regular season Saturday at Alabama State before preparing for the SWAC Volleyball Tournament, which is set for Nov. 17-18 in Jackson.
