Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 ITTA BENA -- The Mississippi Valley State women's soccer team opened up its home schedule with a 7-1 loss to Central Arkansas on Friday and a 1-0 defeat to Western Illinois on Sunday.

Nykosi Simmons scored her second goal of the season for the Devilettes (0-4) on Friday and got off two additional shots on Sunday.

In Sunday's game, Shelby Willcocks picked up 12 saves. She finished the weekend with 19 saves.

MVSU will be on the road at Mississippi State on Friday. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
