Box Score DALLAS, Texas -- Mississippi Valley State committed five crucial errors Friday in a 8-1 loss at Dallas Baptist in the second of the three game series. 

The Delta Devils (1-6) scored in ninth inning thanks to an DBU error. Edward Cox, who scored MVSU's lone run, and Luke Brumfield accounted for both of Valley's two hits. 

Montana Killier (0-2) gave up two earned runs and four hits in 6.2 innings of work. He also had four strikeouts.

The final game of the series is set for Saturday at 1 p.m.
