Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 NORMAL, Ala. -- Mississippi Valley State fell at Alabama A&M in a pair of games Saturday, losing 8-6 in game one and 5-4 in game two.

Game three between the Delta Devils (5-38, 1-16 SWAC) and the Bulldogs was postponed due to rain. Game three will be made up at a later date.

Game one
Valley compiled 12 hits Saturday, but it wasn't enough to get a victory as the Bulldogs racked up 14 hits. Trey Lacy, Joseph Germaine, Kevin Simmons and Luke Brumfield each had two hits apiece for the Delta Devils. German Hays hit a 2-run homer for MVSU.

Kameron Stady gave up seven earned runs on 10 hits with three strikeouts in five innings of work.

Game two
German Hays and Mark Kaplan had two hits apiece for the Delta Devils. David Lostra gave up three earned runs on 10 hits with five strikeouts.
