JONESBORO, Ark. - (Baseball) The Delta Devils traveled to Jonesboro, Arkansas, to face the Red Wolves of Arkansas State University. With inclement weather threatening, both teams took the diamond.

In game one of a two game series, the Delta Devils were unable to get their offensive unit to flowing, as they dropped the contest 9-0.

The Red Wolves had two innings in which they scored, and it proved to be effective, as they scored four in the first and five in the seventh.

Mississippi Valley finished the evening with five runs and two errors, while allowing nine runs on eight hits.

The two are schedule, weather permitting, on Wednesday, February 28^th at 4:00 pm.
