Freshman guard Caleb Hunter scored a career-high 26 points including five three-pointers in Friday's match up with Santa Clara. As a team, the Delta Devils shot 40-percent from behind the three-point arc, but even that wasn't enough to come out on top against the Broncos.

Senior guard Michael Green had 20 points and four assists to give MVSU a pair of 20 point scorers for the game.

Four players from Santa Clara scored in double digits, including a game-high 28 point performance from Trey Wertz where he was six for eight behind the three-point line.

The Delta Devils final non-conference matchup is against California Baptist on Sunday, December 22. Tip-off set for 10 pm.
