ITTA BENA, Miss. – Due to poor field conditions, the Mississippi Valley State and Grambling State non-conference doubleheader scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 20^th has been postponed to April 9^th at the MVSU Softball Field.

The Devilettes and the Lady Tigers are still scheduled to play a doubleheader in Grambling, La. on Tuesday, Feb. 26 beginning at 1 p.m. with the second game slated for 3 p.m. at the GSU Softball Complex. MVSU has an overall record of 0-9 while Grambling sits with a perfect 6-0 record.

MVSU played in a pair of weekend tournaments to start their season. The Devilettes are ranked fourth in home runs per game (0.38) in the SWAC and rank fifth in both doubles per game (0.75) and slugging percentage (.323).
