Delta Devils Spoil Senior Night for Golden Lions

Pine Bluff, AR.- A long 2-point basket by Michael Green tied the game with 31 seconds to go. Then with 19 seconds on the clock and the score tied at 71, Caleb Hunter gets the steal and dribbles over the timeline. With 4 seconds remaining, he pulls up from 40-feet and drains it to give the Delta Devils the win over the Golden Lions of UAPB, 74-71 on Saturday night.

Green finished the game with 21 points and 2 steals to go along with Hunter's game high 30 points with six rebounds.

UAPB went 0-11 from behind the three-point line while MVSU was 8-27.

UAPB closed the game with three players in double digits, including a 24-point performance by Terrance Banyard.

This was the final game for the Mississippi Valley Delta Devil Seniors; Michael Green, Torico Simmons and Zachary Barnes.
