Itta Bena, Miss.- The Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils are defeated by the Tigers of Jackson State by a score of 68-54 inside the R.W. Harrison HPER Complex on Saturday night.
 

How It Happened
 
Treylan Smith led the way for the Delta Devils with 20 points and six rebounds.
Terry Collins finished the game 12 points, six rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal.
Caleb Hunter closed the game with 11 points, seven assists and six rebounds.
MVSU shot 38.5 percent (20-52) from the field, 56.3 percent (9-16) from the three-point line, and 41.7 percent (5-12) at the charity stripe.
 

Next Up
The Delta Devils return to the R.W. Harrison HPER Complex for a conference match up against the Tigers of Grambling State on March 1st at 7:30 p.m.
