Itta Bena, Miss.- The Mississippi Valley State women's basketball team fall short to the Lady Hornets of Alabama State by a score of 75-55 in Montgomery, Alabama on Monday night.
 

How It Happened

• Zakiya Mahoney led the way for the Devilettes with 17 points to go along with her four rebounds and six assists.
• Annalise Brisco ended the game with 14 points one rebound and one assist.
• Ronni Williams and Da'Sha McGloster finished the game with seven points respectively.
• MVSU shot 38.6 percent (22-57) from the field, 8.3 percent (1-12) from the three-point line, and 62.5 percent (10-16) at the charity stripe.
