Itta Bena, Miss. – The Mississippi Valley State Devilettes concluded their regular season tonight against the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Lady Lions. The contest was a close one as this was one of the last regular season games for some of the Devilettes, as it was senior night. The Devilettes put up a good fight, but the Lady Lions were the ones who came out on top. The final score was 57-53.


How It Happened

• Da'Sha McGloster led the team tonight in points as she had 16 points, five rebounds, and two assists. 
• Junior guard Ronni Williams provided many of the points ending the game with a double-double. Williams finished with 12 points, 12 rebounds, and three steals.
• Junior guard Zakiya Mahoney followed up with nine points, nine rebounds, and two assists.
• MVSU shot 32.8% from the field (21-64), 31.3% from the three-point line (5-16), and 66.7% from the charity stripe (6-9).
