  • Umoh became the first Delta Devil or Devilette to log a double-double in 2021-22, posting career-highs in nearly every category with 27 minutes played, a game-best 11 rebounds, 10 points and five field goals while going 5-for-6 (83.3%) from the field. No other Delta Devil had more than three boards and the 6-foot-9 Nigerian out-rebounded the rest of the Valley starters combined (11-8).

  • Devin Gordon was the contest's most productive scorer at 17 points, knocking down four three balls on ten attempts (40%) for his third consecutive double-figure scoring showing.

  • Kadar Waller also broke the ten-point threshold for the second time during his "rookie" campaign, producing 11 points on a season-high four made shots.

  • Gary Grant just missed being the fourth Green and White clad player in double-digits, amassing nine while registering his first career multi-assist night (2).

Notes

  • The current nine-game winning streak by TSU in the all-time series is the longest by either side over the 111-contest sample.
