TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Mississippi Valley State University volleyball program played a neutral site match against the "host", Bethune-Cookman, in Tallahassee due to Hurricane Nicole with the Lady Wildcats sweeping the Devilettes.

• Chardea Berthelot recorded an even ten points in the morning session, smashing a team-high nine kills to go along with team-best nine digs while serving up an ace as well.

 

• Mallory Lamport was the only lady in Green and White to log a new personal benchmark, posting a season-best three assists on top of seven digs.

 

• Mikayla Lee also dug up seven balls, averaging four assists per set (12 total).

 

• Chariah Mabry landed a match-best trio of aces plus three digs and Shaela Mosby collected four kills with a hitting percentage of .273.

 
Notes
 

• MVSU fell to 1-2 on the campaign when it had equal or more service aces than its opponent as each side logged five.

Seerdyn James, Destini Banks, and Chardea Berthelot will lace 'em up for the final time as Devilettes on Sunday morning at 10 a.m. local time / 9 a.m. central against a stout Lady Rattlers team inside the Al Lawson Center.
