LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Mississippi Valley State University women's soccer program takes to the road for the first time in 2022 as the Devilettes take on the Little Rock Trojans at Coleman Sports Complex on Sunday evening.

Mississippi Valley State Overview:
Bailee Washington and
Ludesha Reynolds will look to build off its solid debuts Friday night in which the pair of freshmen had two shots (one on-target) and three saves, respectively.
Veterans
McKenzie McCarthy and
Rahael Aka-Ety also had nice starts to the campaign as McCarthy logged seven saves while Aka-Ety launched a pair of shots including on on-goal against SUU.
Scouting The Little Rock Trojans:
The home squad opened its regular season slate on the road at 22nd-ranked Memphis Lady Tigers, falling by a score of 5-1.
Natalee Geren provided the Trojans' lone goal of the match in the seventh minute to knot the proceedings at one on her only shot attempt of the game.
The only other shot-on-goal came from Mari Young while Karina De Paoli had a shot as well, but it went off-target.
UALR played a physical contest with nine fouls plus recorded a single corner kick and Paige Henry stopped six potential scores in the goal.
Little Rock is projected to place fourth in its debut voyage into the Ohio Valley Conference, going 3-4-3 (.400) in its final season in the Sun Belt, 7-7-6 (.450) overall in 2021.
