ITTA BENA, Miss. – The Mississippi Valley State athletic department are in the process of bringing aboard qualified work study and volunteer applicants who would like to work during the 2022-23 athletic calendar year..
 
The support staff/work study positions are not guaranteed to all of those who submit applications, which can be filled out here.
 
The positions are open to any student enrolled at MVSU, undergraduate or graduate.
 
In order to be able to travel with the selected team, one must have a GPA of at least 2.0 or higher while spending between four and six hours in study hall from Monday through Friday.
 
Certain requirements for select jobs will include working two hours a day/20 hours a week (including weekends), a dress code (to be discussed if hired), and must be an organized individual that possesses the ability to complete various tasks with minimal oversight.
 
Certain positions will have to attend all home athletics events and/or campus-wide events be mandatory depending on the role in which they are assigned.
