JONESBORO, Ark. – The Mississippi Valley State University volleyball program was represented on the A-State Invitational All-Tournament Team by setter / right side hitter Tyler Caliste.

Caliste, a grad student from New Orleans, led the Devilettes in a multitude of categories during the season opening weekend, topping the squad with 16.0 points (1.78 per set), 12 kills (1.33 per set), and three service aces (0.33 per set).

Along with being Valley's best offensive weapon, she was also among the top-three ladies regarding digs (16), assists (4), and blocks (1).

Caliste and the rest of the volleyball student-athletes will not play again until the Southern Miss Invitational in Hattiesburg from September 9-10, beginning with a neutral site match versus Stephen F. Austin.
