Mississippi Valley State Overview:

Valley State has been one of the most accurate shooting teams in the NCAA to start the 2022 campaign, landing 4-of-7 (57.1%) of its shot attempts on-target.

Each shot-on-goal have come from a different Devilette as Cambree Catalano, Aryana Saenz, Bailee Washington, and Rahael Aka-Ety picking up one each with the latter two student-athletes recording another off-target shot as well.

McKenzie McCarthy continues to get things done between the pipes, averaging 8.5 saves per match (17 total) to lead the country while recording a 70.8% save percentage.

Scouting The Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks:

The Warhawks come into the weekend on a hot streak, having yet to lose through four matches, beating Texas A&M-Commerce (3-0), Grambling State (3-2), and Jackson State (4-0) while tying Alcorn (2-2).

ULM is currently averaging three goals a game with three separate ladies scoring multiple times.

Inge Konst is the club's top scorer, fronting the visitors with six points off three goals while Lena Goppel and Ashley Washburn have put a pair past the keeper in the early going.

Louisiana-Monroe has also been a very generous squad as six of its eight scores (75%) were assisted, primarily via the legs of Mara Grutkamp (3 assists) and Kedie Johnson (2 assists).

Mickaela Leal has done her part in the net, notching a pair of shutouts with 11 saves, and allowing just one goal a game while playing the full 360 minutes over four matchups.

*Louisiana-Monroe's match with Jackson State does not have a box score so all stats are from its first three games.
