MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils (1-14, 0-1 SWAC) fell to Alabama State Hornets (3-11, 1-0 SWAC) at the opening of conference play on Monday, 70-61. 

Terry Collins and Rayquan Brown were the leading scorers for MVSU. Collins recorded a total of 16 points, while Brown scored 14 total points. 
 

Top Performers: 

Terry Collins registered 16 points, three steals, and two total rebounds.

Rayquan Brown recorded 14 points, and collected four rebounds, two steals, and two assists. 
 

Up Next: 

The Delta Devils will travel to the campus of Alabama A&M in Huntsville, Ala. on Wednesday, January 4 at 7 p.m. CST.
