ITTA BENA, Miss. - Mississippi Valley State Day of Giving set to begin during Hail Week, April 9-16th, 2023, to continue to #EleVate. 

Hail Week is an opportunity to collectively impact the MVSU community, student-athlete, teams, and facilities. The week will include The Inaugural Green Day and MVSU Athletics Giving Tuesday, followed by a week full of events.

"April 11th is 5 days away, and we need your support [Alumni, students, and HBCU supporters]," said Director of Athletics Hakim McClellan. "I need 100 supporters to give $1,000. Nothing is too small, and nothing is too big." 

Donations will assist with MVSU's scholarship, travel, nutrition, strength and conditioning, facilities, and overall student-athlete welfare.

Help build upon our commitment to developing inspired, conscientious, and engaged student leaders who impact the infrastructure of the MVSU community that goes along with the student-athletes and coaches' dedication and talents while growing teams and experiences.

"We are one," said McClellan. "Let's commit to elevating, and we can only elevate together."
