ITTA BENA, MS — Mississippi Valley State University (MVSU) and MVSU Athletics are spreading holiday cheer this season by hosting a Toy Drive during the three home basketball games in December. This initiative aims to bring joy to needy children while rallying the community around the spirit of giving.
Fans attending the games can gain free entry by bringing a new, unwrapped toy to donate. Donations will be collected at the entrance of the R.W. Harrison Complex for the following games:
- December 1: MVSU Women's Basketball vs Troy at 2:00 pm
- December 2: MVSU Men's Basketball vs. Oakwood at 6:00 pm
- December 8: MVSU Women's Basketball vs. Nicholls at 2:00 pm
All toys collected will be distributed to children in the local community, ensuring they experience the joy of the holiday season.
