AUBURN, Ala. – The Mississippi Valley State University women's basketball program's Sydnei Marshall got to the foul line early and often on her way to scoring more points against the Tigers (15) than she had in the previous two games coming into the day (12), fronting the offense in a 110-50 setback on The Plains of Auburn.

Devilettes' Top Performers:
 

• Marshall was the headliner, going 9-for-10 (90%) from the free throw line on top of three buckets on the floor to lead the Green and White scorers with 15 points in 25 minutes off the pine.

 

• Keanna Coburn recorded the Devilettes' one block of the morning, the fourth of her career, while setting a career-best for minutes played as well (15).

 

• Jaeda Murphy shot 57.1% (4-of-7) en route to eight points, two assists and two rebounds over 19 minutes on the court whereas Poetrie Dace earned the title of top rebounder for the visitors from the Mississippi Delta by hauling down five.
