PINE BLUFF, AR – Mississippi Valley State University (MVSU) delivered a thrilling performance on Saturday night, securing a hard-fought 79-76 win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff at H.O. Clemmons Arena. With clutch plays, relentless hustle, and standout performances, the Delta Devils earned a well-deserved conference victory.
Arthur Tate led the charge for MVSU with a game-high 20 points, shooting an impressive 7-of-12 from the field while also contributing 8 rebounds and a steal. Jair Horton was another key force, adding 14 points, including two crucial three-pointers that helped MVSU maintain momentum. Alvin Stredic provided a balanced effort with 12 points and 3 rebounds, while Moses Horne contributed 13 points and 7 boards in a strong all-around effort.
