ITTA BENA, Miss. – The Mississippi Valley State University women's basketball program had four different student-athletes score ten or more points, three of which did not start, and made a season-high 27 free throws in a 88-74 loss to Florida A&M.

- Kylah McCullers posted career-best numbers in points (17), field goals (6), rebounds (5), and assists (4) to lead the Devilettes in each category except for boards.

- Janiya Jones recorded a personal record of six boards to tie with Poetrie Dace for the team's most, handing out a trio of dimes as well.

- Nairobi Lewis put ten on the scoreboard, grabbed five rebounds, and logged a season-high four makes from the charity stripe whereas Ariel Jefferson also sank a season-best five shots from the line.

- Sydnei Marshall was the fourth student-athlete for the Green and White to hit double-figures at 12 points, half of them coming via free throws.

- Ja'la Douglas tallied her first multi-block contest of 2025-26, rejecting a pair of Rattlers shot attempts alongside Lewis who also swatted two away.
