Itta Bena, Miss. - Mississippi Valley State Athletics gears up for another full slate of competition as multiple Delta Devils programs take the field, track, and courts across Mississippi and beyond in a pivotal week of action.

Softball begins the week on the road with a non-conference doubleheader against Alcorn State in Lorman, Miss., providing an opportunity to build momentum before returning to Southwestern Athletic Conference play later in the week.

Track and field continue its outdoor season as the Delta Devils head to Starkville, Miss., to compete in the Bulldog Relays. The three-day meet, scheduled for Thursday through Saturday, will feature both the men's and women's programs competing against a strong field of regional talent.

The Mississippi Valley State women's tennis team will travel to Jackson, Miss., to participate in the SWAC Round-Up, competing Thursday through Saturday in key conference matchups. The men's tennis team will also compete in the SWAC Round-Up on Thursday and Friday before closing out the weekend with a road matchup against Alabama in Tuscaloosa on Sunday.

Softball returns to conference play over the weekend with a road series at Jackson State, continuing its pursuit of positioning within the SWAC standings.

Baseball highlights the week at home as the Delta Devils open Magnolia Field for their home-opening weekend SWAC series against Alabama A&M. The series marks the first opportunity for Valley fans to see the team in action at home this season.
