Alex Bravo is in his second season as a graduate assistant baseball coach at Mississippi Valley State University. Bravo played at Mississippi Valley State from 2013-2017 before returning as the catching coach.
A Miami, Florida native, Bravo graduated from Miami Sunset High School where he was All-County as a junior and senior, played in the Miami-Dade High School all-star game, and played in the FACA all-star game as voted for by other coaches throughout the state. Bravo signed to play with the recruiting class of 2013 and played all four seasons as a starter at MVSU. Bravo was a four-time SWAC all-academic team member.
Alex Bravo graduated from MVSU in the fall of 2017 with a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics. Currently enrolled at MVSU pursuing his Masters in Sports Administration.
