Matt Ribera, an Austin, Texas native, enters his first season as Pitching Coach of the Mississippi Valley State University baseball program.
Prior to Mississippi Valley State, Ribera spent two seasons a Graduate Assistant / Pitching Coach for the Wheeling University baseball program.
During his time at Wheeling, Ribera helped the Cardinal Pitching staff earn its first MEC North division championship and their first conference tournament berth.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Wheeling University as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration with a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
