Born in New York, Oscar and him family moved to Puerto Rico where he attended and completed High School. Attended Iowa State University where he completed a degree in Sports Management in 1999.
Upon completion of his degree, Oscar returned to Puerto Rico where he started a Player Development and College placement program and successfully placed over 300 Students-Athlete in college.
In 2010 he was named Pitching Coach at the College of Lake County in Grayslake, IL. where he spent two seasons under Head Coach Ken Kelly.
In 2015, Oscar Co-Founded Florida International Baseball Academy. And in 2017 he was named Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator at Texas College under Coach Anthony "Happy" Macon, position he held until coming to Mississippi Valley State.
Oscar will be responsible for the Delta Devil pitching staff.
