Terrance Steele

Terrance Steele is in his second year as the Assistant Baseball Coach at Mississippi Valley State University. Prior to stepping into his current role, Steele served the baseball program as a graduate assistant (2015 and 2016).

Steele’s responsibilities include recruiting, scouting, managing the student-athlete academic program, supervising study hall, help directing the off-season conditioning program.

The Philadelphia, Mississippi, native graduated from Neshoba High School and went on to play baseball at East Central Community College. After helping lead East Central to a state title in 2013, he continued his academic and baseball career at MVSU. Steele was an All-State football and baseball player in high school but signed to play baseball. At Mississippi Valley State, he played under current head coach Aaron Stevens.

Steele graduated from Mississippi Valley State with a Bachelor of Science degree in health, physical, education, and recreation in 2015 and earned his master's in 2017 from Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi.
