Dominic Spinks is in his second season as the linebackers coach and first year as the special teams coordinator for the Devils football program after spending the last five years on the high school level.

Spinks coached at Boone High School (FL) where he was the secondary coach from 2016-2017 and McComb High School (MS) where he was the secondary coach & special teams coordinator from 2013-15.

Spinks was a defensive graduate assistant at Southern Arkansas University in 2012 prior to joining the high school ranks; helping the Muleriders compile an 8-3 record.

Spinks played at Murray State University (KY) 2005 and 2006 and Delta State University (MS) in 2007 and 2008. He helped the Statesmen compile 20-4 record; winning the Gulf South Conference championship in 2007 & 2008 while garnering  1^st Team  All-Gulf South Conference in 2008.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Health, Physical Education & Recreation from Delta State University in 2010 and his Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Southern Arkansas University in 2014.
