Jalil Malik Kilpatrick serves as the Quarterbacks Coach and Passing Game Coordinator for Mississippi Valley State University football.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, Kilpatrick joined the Delta Devils coaching staff in 2025, serving as recruiting coordinator and running backs coach before transitioning into his current role working with the quarterbacks and coordinating the passing game.

Prior to arriving at Mississippi Valley State, Kilpatrick spent three seasons at Leon High School in Tallahassee, Florida, where he served as quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator from 2022-24.

Kilpatrick began his collegiate playing career at Kilgore College in 2017 before continuing his career at Indiana State University during the 2018 and 2019 seasons. He earned his bachelor's degree from Indiana State with minors in political science and communication. Kilpatrick later earned a Master of Business Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Kilpatrick is the son of Carlita Poles and Kwame Malik Kilpatrick and has two brothers, Jelani Rasaan Kilpatrick and Jonas Isiaha Kilpatrick. He also serves as a board member for the F3W MBC Foundation.
