Box Score JACKSON -- The Mississippi Valley State women' s basketball team was outscored 10-5 in overtime Saturday in a 73-68 loss to Jackson State.

Joncyee Sanders was one of three MVSU players in double-figures with 17 points, but the Devilettes (7-12, 4-4 SWAC) didn't have an answer for JSU's Tiffany Kellum with 32 points, who made 15 of 20 shots.

Olivia Kennedy (12 points) came off the bench and made 4 of 7 three's and Lenise Stallings chipped in 10 points for MVSU, which shot 29.3 percent on the night.

Valley went cold in overtime, converting just 1 of 5 attempts.

MVSU will be on the road at Grambling State Monday for a 5:30 p.m. tipoff.
